Refund policy

kick n bak FLOATS accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. We offer exchange or store credit. Receipt is required for all exchanges and returns with no exceptions.

If your order arrives damaged, kindly email us at kicknbakfloats@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We review each case individually and will work to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless warranty claim.

ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS INCLUDING DISCOUNT CODES ARE FINAL, no exchanges are available.

kick n bak FLOATS is not responsible for the loss of floats being returned.

We will process your return within 1-3 business days once received. Please send your order back via registered mail with a tracking number and send the tracking details to us.

Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
