Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.
Depending on your locating in Australia delivery time will vary.

Should you require express shipping
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct and safe address for delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer if their package is unclaimed or returned back to kick n bak FLOATS marked with the incorrect address. kick n bak FLOATS does not offer free re-shipping to the customer, customer must pay.

International Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days.
kick n bak FLOATS is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international orders. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If your parcel is delayed, please email us kicknbakfloats@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. kick n bak FLOATS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
The customer is responsible if their package gets returned to kick n bak FLOATS marked as unclaimed or incorrect address and does not offer free shipping back to the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
